BEO’s Leading Voices & Community Leadership Awards

BEO’s Annual fundraiser 2018 event “Leading Voices & Community Awards 2018” theme “Sustaining Community for Our Future” offered a fireside chat and honored a group of our community’s most brilliant thought leaders who shared their visionary insights in response to the massive migration of black people moving out of California, with a particular focus on the Bay Area.

With gentrification, incarceration, lack of jobs rapidly growing, ideals to sustain our community is vital for us to envision how we are to support our families, grow neighborhoods, and build innovative businesses with emerging opportunities, industries and technologies.
